Blogmas Day – 9

My Top Three Music Playlist

1. Maverick City

One special reason I love maverick city is because, the artists they invite are soulful artists who aren’t concerned with how awesome their voices sound, they’re just concerned about worship, enjoying the presence of God and fellowshipping with the brethren. I love watching the videos and not just listening to the audio.

I love t see their expressions and I connect much easily to the anointing in the room just by watching and listening to them.

My favorite artist combination of maverick city would be – Jekalyn Carr and Chandler Moore

Majesty Rose and Bri Babineaux

Naomi Raine and Aaron Moses

The list is plenty but God knows we wouldn’t finish this post of I continued.

I couldn’t get links for the songs so I’ll just write down a few songs I really love listening to this Christmas.

O come all ye faithful – ft Chandler Moore & Jekalyn Carr

O Holy Night – ft. Lizzie Morgan

Joyful, Joyful We adore – ft Majesty Rose

Is He Worthy – ft. Chandler Moore and Nate Moore

Silent Night – ft. Aaron Moore & Jekalyn Carr.

2. Tauren Wells

Tauren Wells is a hip-hop-y gospel artist and if you are a lover Steven Furtick and The Elevation Church you’d get to see him a lot singing on the stage.

I can’t get over his hit single Famous For. That sing just reached out to me, I am in kove with the lyrics.

Famous For – ft. Jenn Johnson

Famous for (Dove Awards edition) – ft. Jenna Johnson, Christined Clario & Jekalyn Carr

Citizen of Heaven

Millionaire (God is good) – ft. Kirk Franklin

Trenches – ft. Elevation Worship

3. Pentatonix

These ones are another badass artists. They aren’t christians and all that but I really enjoy their Christmas acapellas.

O come all ye faithful (choir edition)

Amazing Grace

Mary Did you know?

12 Days of Christmas

Movie Playlist

I’m practically going to dump all the Christmas movies and movies I’ve watched since December began.

I’m no sucker for cliche romance movies, so Hallmark was a big no for me, although I watched a few. The movies I’m listing are nice, at least to m, as usual, I critisized but I loved the plot.

Here’s my Christmas movie list;

The Knight before Christmas

Breaking legs

Chicken girls (YouTube series)

The Princess Switch

Home Alone

Coffee and Kareem

Like a Boss

The Swap

The Princess Switch

Marry us for Christmas

Find me in Paris

My Spy

Pirates of the Caribbean; Dead Men tell no Tales.

Love potion (Nigerian adaptation of What Women Want)

There are other movies I still have archived to watch, if I watch them before posting this, then I’d add them.

its super strange for me that I haven’t laid my eyes in any anime for Christmas, anyway that always depends on my mood.

What movies do you recommend? I’d really love to see The Grinch – Jim’s telling of the Grinch.

What movies have you seen this Christmas and what songs would you recommend for me this season?

    1. Aww.. it’s nice to meet you.

My guy! I just listened to that song this morning, it’s just soul touching. Whenever I just want to sing songs if worship I go maverick.

Yeah, it’s really cliche, netflix and hall mark are now like modernised disney channel.

      Thank you for reading
